Erasmus+
In 2025, for the third time, ISB was awarded European Union funding within the framework of an Erasmus+ project to enable methodological renewal and international professional cooperation for its teachers, and to allow students to develop their 21st-century competencies through group mobilities, while gaining a better understanding of European Union institutions and democratic values.
Our project is titled: ISB – a diverse, inclusive school for happy kids
In this 1-year project, 12 teachers and 15 students participated, based on an application and selection process.
The aim of our project is to develop a learning community based on openness, toleration and democratic attitudes. We desire to find ways better to support and effectively to integrate our new arrivals, while allowing them to preserve their individual cultural heritage. Our goal is to create an institution for our students based on mutual acceptance, respect, and understanding, where they can absorb the competencies necessary for the 21-st century and the values of democracy.
