One day before May 9, we celebrated the “birthday” of the European Union, organized by our Erasmus+ group. The event began with presentations and personal accounts from student mobilities carried out within the framework of our current Erasmus+ project.

Two groups of our secondary school students visited partner schools in Eindhoven and Arnhem in the Netherlands, where they gained insight into the operation of local student councils, as well as the possibilities of applying AI and the practice of its ethical use. Our upper primary students travelled to Strasbourg, where they had the opportunity to learn more about the functioning of the European Parliament.

Following the student presentations, we opened a photo exhibition featuring the experiences of our teachers who had participated in training courses and professional visits in various European countries. The exhibition showcased Europe’s natural beauty and cultural heritage. In addition, at the country tables set up in the school hall, our teachers shared their personal experiences and impressions with interested students and colleagues.

The programme continued with a quiz connected to the presentations and an international food tasting, and concluded with a lively Serbian dance workshop.
