I am pleased to welcome you to the Secondary School Curriculum section on our School website. ISB Secondary School comprises of Grade 5, Grade 6, Grade 7 and grade 8. Our Secondary School culture recognises the distinctiveness of the early and mid-adolescent years, and recognises that our students are not little versions of Year 12, but have their own specific learning and maturation needs at this formative stage. We, therefore, aim to build challenge in order to extend capacity.
The Secondary School is established with the students in mind. We look forward to helping your children become confident, independent, inquisitive, reflective, responsible and engaged learners. Our teachers do this by encouraging the students to think beyond themselves and their world; to think globally! Global Perspectives plays a big part in our MS curriculum. Our students are required to bring their own laptops, so that IT is completely integrated in all the lessons.
