The Erasmus+ team at our school hosted a successful professional workshop as part of the end of year teacher work week. During the event, colleagues shared the insights they gained through the 'ISB – a diverse, inclusive school for happy kids' project, which runs during the 2025–2026 school year. The faculty gained inspiration from three exciting panels covering: modern teaching methods learned during training courses abroad that can be introduced in our school; the institutions visited during job-shadowing trips and future partnership opportunities; and the main takeaways from student exchanges. Practical examples brought the presentations to life, opening up the floor for shared professional reflection and dialogue. We also invited staff members from the Tempus Public Foundation, as well as representatives from teacher training institutions, textbook publishers, and partner schools to our event.Â
